https://www.nhl.com/news/nick-foligno-family-donate-1-million-to-hospitals/c-282567538

Nick Foligno, C/LW/RW, Columbus Blue Jackets (21%) - If I may, let’s establish that Foligno is eligible at all three forward positions. That in itself is worth the addition for the off night he plays and you have several players idle. Let’s also look at his last four games in which he has two goals, two assists and a whopping plus-six. Foligno is a do-it-all key player to the the Blue Jackets. He also wins face offs, hits and fights while logging a very nice 17-plus-minutes-per-game. We all have a roster spot for a player like Foligno.

Week 18 Schedule: vs. FLA, vs. DET and vs. COL

Anthony Duckair, LW/RW, Ottawa Senators (45%) - Duclair has just two assists in his last five games. This isn’t our add him cause “he is hot’ pick. Duclair is left wing and right wing eligible on a very young Ottawa Senators' team, averaging over 16:00 per game as a winger. He is their net front presence on the power play and is capable of breaking out at the drop of a hat. Week 18 Schedule: vs. ANA, vs. COL and @ WPG

Frank Vatrano, RW/LW, Florida Panthers (28%) - Let’s discuss Vatrano’s last five games in which he has an eye popping five goals, four assists and is a plus-five. In his last game against the Blackhawks, he notched a hat trick. Vatrano has also seen an increase in his ice time average, going from around 10:00 per game to over 14:00 per game. Grab him before the secret is out.

Week 18 Schedule: @ MIN, vs. BOS and @ WPG

Matt Niskanen, D, Philadelphia Flyers (20%) - Niskanen logs a bulk of ice time on the Flyers' power play units. He has three assists in his last two games, two of which came on the power play. He also gets a ton of ice time for the Flyers often injured defense corps. Niskanen has averaged twenty-one plus minutes-per-games in the month of January.

Week 18 Schedule: @ DET, vs. NJD and @ WAS

Matt Dimba, D, Minnesota Wild (65%) - Dumba falls under the “he is due” category. He has not scored a goal in 32 games. Now, you’re thinking “why add him?” Dumba has three assists, one on the power play in the last three games. He also has a robust plus-five rating in that span. The “so due” defenseman is averaging north of 22:00 of ice time per game.

Week 18 Schedule: vs. CHI, vs. VAN, @ DAL and vs. COL

Thatcher Demoo, G, Vancouver Canucks (9%) - It’s slim pickings at waiver wire goalie additions. However, Demko is a name to keep an eye on. Since being shelled for five goals back on January 9th by the Panthers, he has back-to-back wins against the Sharks and Blues. In those two games he gave up just one goal in each game, with a total of 53 saves.

Week 18 Schedule: @ BOS, @ MIN and vs. CGY
